   Important:  If you have not received your designs within 48 hours that means the e-mail probably ended up in your spam or junk mail folder, is blocked by your ISP or your mailbox was full.  This last one happens a lot with free mail accounts.  So please   about your order if you don't receive the designs within 48 hours.

Just as Important:  Our embroidery designs are for sewing machines with an embroidery unit.  They are not paper patterns.  To use any of our designs you will need a sewing machine with automatic embroidery capability, software to unzip the designs and a way to get the designs to your machine, i.e., disk, memory card, cable and software compatible with your machine.
